First marathon London 3:59 – (2008), Amsterdam Marathon 2010 – 3:19 – pretty pleased with this (2010). Edinbrugh Marathon 2011 – 3:23.

Swimming

Bardsey Island to Aberdaron Swim (1 of 3 people to have officially swum the stretch 2007).

Derwent Water 3.8k swim 20th June cat postion 6, overall position 26, 1:05:23 – brilliant swim, beautiful day and stunning setting.

Duathlon

Oulton park Duathlon 3rd Oct 2010, overall position 5th, category position 1st 1:56 – best run and ride so far.

Bike

Wakefield Hill Climb postion 3rd – beaten by a woman, never going to live that down (2010)

Wakefild Hill Climb, position 2nd (2011)

Etap du Dale 113 miles finished in awful conditions (2011)

Triathlon

Tatton Park Olympic Triathlon 2:10 overall position 14, category position 3rd. Good result.

Bala Middle Distance 13th June 2010 - 4:46:07, position 108 – ouch! where did all of these fit people come from.

Day in the Lakes Triathlon 27th June : Position Overall 63, Cat position 21, Total time 5:42:38, swim 30.19, t1 1.55, bike 3:01:13, t2 1:05, run 2:08.06 – toughest race!

Llandudno Triathlon Standard 11 July: Overall position 22nd, Cat position 5, total time 2:26:30, T1 1:20 bike 1:13:19, t2 0:52, run 47:26

Outlaw Ironman 15th August Individual position 99: cat pos 23, total time 10:55:10, swim 1:00:17, bike 5:26, run 4:20:44 – felt like a big kid finishing – best hug in the world, thanks mum.
